REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend the event, you can contact us for a refund. $20 admin fee applies. No refunds will be available in the 7 days prior to event. Due to insurance reason, we are unable to transfer an entry to another person. Our insurance cover states that ONLY the person who has entered may participate. Any person who uses another person's entry voids this insurance and can place others at risk. If you are found to be using another person's number/chip this is fraudulent behaviour and your results may not be recorded. To make any changes to your entry, or to receive a refund, please email events@racepromo.com.au
